GENERAL TERMS AND CONDITIONS
1.1 – SALE PRICES
All product prices include VAT; the deposit for the return of out-of-use items and shipping costs are excluded.
1.2 – ORDERS
Once the purchase procedure has been completed, the Customer must keep a copy of the order and of these General Terms and Conditions of Sale.
1.3 – INVOICING
The ordered items will be shipped together with the accompanying invoice. All documents will be placed inside the parcel to be sent to the Customer.
1.4 – SHIPPING
Online orders are processed immediately upon receipt of payment or, at the latest, by the next working day.
Items are shipped by express courier. The Customer must sign the courier’s receipt for the ordered items. Please ensure you are present to receive the parcel or authorise a trusted person to collect it.
In the event of force majeure (strikes, transport interruptions or delays, server downtime, etc.) that prevent proper order handling, D-Air Lab Srl, via the website shop.dairlab.com, is released from any liability towards the Customer, who shall not be entitled to any compensation for any damage, including indirect damage, suffered.
1.5 – PRODUCT WARRANTY
All products sold on shop.dairlab.com carry a 24-month warranty from the date of delivery for private customers.
The warranty is limited to the product sold.
1.6 – RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL
D-Air Lab Srl (owner of dairlab.com and related subdomains) ensures the possibility of withdrawal in full compliance with the rules on cancellation and return of goods purchased online, applicable only to private consumers without a VAT number (Art. 5 of Legislative Decree 22 May 1999, No. 185). If for any reason you are not satisfied with the product received, you may return it within 30 days from the date of receipt, provided it has not been used and has not suffered any damage or tampering.
Returns are not accepted without prior authorisation from D-Air Lab Srl. Please strictly follow the return procedure set out in the following chapter “3 – Return Conditions”.
1.7 – JURISDICTION
For any dispute, the Court of Vicenza (Italy) shall have jurisdiction.
2 – PAYMENTS
We accept orders only within the Italian territory, with the following payment methods:
– Credit / Debit Card or your account via the certified platforms PayPal and Stripe
2.1 – CREDIT CARDS
All major credit cards: American Express, Visa, MasterCard.
Under no circumstances can D-Air Lab Srl access your credit card details, as the transaction is handled entirely and autonomously by PayPal. This procedure is completely secure and fully protects both the purchaser and the merchant (D-Air Lab Srl).
3 – RETURN CONDITIONS
Pursuant to Legislative Decree 22 May 1999, No. 185, governing the right of withdrawal, a private Customer (without a VAT number) who has purchased from shop.dairlab.com and is not fully satisfied with the product received may return it or request a replacement within 30 days from the date of receipt. D-Air Lab Srl offers the Customer the following options:
3.1 – PRODUCT REPLACEMENT
The shipping costs for the replacement product are borne by D-Air Lab Srl, provided that the new product is of equal or higher value than the one replaced. (Note – A refund cannot be requested in the case of a return of a product that has already been replaced; only an exchange will be granted. If more than one return is made relating to the same order, shipping costs will be applied.)
In the event of a defective product, the Customer must promptly contact Customer Service (within 48 hours of receipt) on +39 0444 1429920 and provide the number of the accompanying invoice enclosed with the parcel, together with their telephone contact.
Subject to verification and confirmation of a defect in materials or workmanship, D-Air Lab Srl undertakes to replace the item as soon as possible and, if temporarily out of stock, the Customer may choose to wait for the communicated supply time or opt for a refund.
3.2 – REFUND
If the Customer requests a refund, D-Air Lab Srl will return the full amount paid, excluding shipping costs and any ancillary charges, within 30 working days from receipt of the goods, by reversing the amount to the Credit Card or by bank transfer, upon the Customer providing bank details (IBAN of the current account in the name of the invoice holder).
3.4 – TERMS FOR ACCEPTANCE OF RETURNS
D-Air Lab Srl accepts returns only if the following conditions are met:
– Each returned product must be perfectly intact; otherwise, the purchased product will be sent back to the sender and the shipping costs charged.
– Each returned item must include its original packaging and all accompanying materials (warranty, accessories, etc.).
– Shipping of the item to be returned is the Customer’s responsibility and at their expense. In the event of damage to the Product during transport, D-Air Lab Srl will accept the goods with “SUBJECT TO INSPECTION” and will promptly inform the Customer so that a claim can be filed with the courier to obtain compensation. shop.dairlab.com is not liable for damage, theft, or loss of goods returned without insurance.
Should the right of withdrawal lapse as a result of any of the above conditions, D-Air Lab Srl will make the purchased goods available to the Customer and will simultaneously cancel the withdrawal request. The shipping costs for returning the product to the Customer will be charged to the latter.
The right of withdrawal is exercised by the Customer by prior written communication sent by fax to D-Air Lab Srl at +39 0444 1429929 or by completing the online return form.
3.5 – CUSTOMER OBLIGATIONS
Once the online purchase procedure has been completed, the Customer undertakes to print and keep the Conditions of Sale—which are deemed accepted upon conclusion of the purchase contract—as well as the specifications of the purchased product, in order to fully satisfy the requirements of Legislative Decree No. 185/1999.
The Customer releases D-Air Lab Srl from any liability arising from the issuance of incorrect tax documents due to inaccurate data entered by the Customer.
3.6 – RETURN INSTRUCTIONS
To start the return procedure, the Customer must complete the return form in order to receive the “Return Authorisation Number”. This code must then be indicated on the delivery note attached to the product at the time of shipment.
To make a return, proceed as follows:
Ensure you have read the return acceptance conditions indicated above.
Access the Return Form by clicking the “RETURN” link and save a copy on your PC.
Once completed, save the form and send it to info@dairlab.com
D-Air Lab Srl will send an email containing the “Return Authorisation No.”
Follow the instructions contained in the email and send the goods to the address and using the methods indicated therein.
