GENERAL CONDITIONS

1.1 – SALE PRICES

All product prices include VAT, with separate charges for the return deposit for out-of-use items and shipping costs.

1.2 – ORDERS

Once the purchase procedure is complete, the Customer is required to keep a copy of the order and these General Conditions of Sale.

1.3 – INVOICING

Ordered items will be shipped along with the accompanying invoice. Each document will be placed in the product package to be sent to the Customer.

1.4 – SHIPMENTS

Online orders are processed immediately upon receipt of payment or, at the latest, on the next business day.

Items are shipped via express courier. The Customer must sign the receipt from the courier delivering the ordered items. It is recommended that you or a trusted person be present to receive the package.

In cases of force majeure (strikes, transport interruptions or delays, server inactivity, etc.) that prevent regular order management, D-Air Lab Srl, through the website shop.dairlab.com, is relieved of any liability to the Customer. The Customer will not be entitled to any compensation for any damages, including indirect damages.

1.5 – PRODUCT WARRANTY

All products sold on shop.dairlab.com are guaranteed for 24 months from the date of delivery for private customers. The warranty is limited to the product sold.

1.6 – RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL

D-Air Lab Srl (owner of dairlab.com and its subdomains) ensures the possibility of withdrawal in full compliance with the regulations on cancellation and return of goods purchased online, which applies only to private consumers without a VAT number (Art. 5 of Law DL 22 May 1999 – n. 185). If for any reason you are not satisfied with the product received, you can return it within 30 days from the date of receipt, provided it has not been used or subjected to any kind of damage or tampering.

Returns will not be accepted without prior authorization from D-Air Lab Srl. To this end, please strictly follow the return procedure specified in the following chapter, “3 – Return Conditions.”

1.7 – JURISDICTION

The competent court for all disputes is the Court of Vicenza (Italy).

2 – PAYMENTS

We only accept orders within the Italian territory, with the following payment methods:

– Credit/Debit Card or Your Account through the certified platforms Paypal and Stripe

2.1 – CREDIT CARDS

All major credit cards are accepted: American Express, Visa, MasterCard.

Under no circumstances can D-Air Lab Srl access your credit card details, as the transaction is managed entirely by Paypal. This procedure is absolutely secure and fully protects both the buyer and the merchant (D-Air Lab Srl).

3 – RETURN CONDITIONS

According to Legislative Decree 22 May 1999, n. 185, which regulates the right of withdrawal, a private customer (without a VAT number) who has purchased from the website shop.dairlab.com and is not fully satisfied with the product received can return it or request a replacement within 30 days from the date of receipt. D-Air Lab Srl offers the Customer the following options:

3.1 – PRODUCT REPLACEMENT

The shipping costs for the replacement product are borne by D-Air Lab Srl, provided that the new product is of equal or greater value than the one being replaced. (Note – You cannot opt for a refund if a product has already been replaced, only a merchandise exchange. If more than one return is made for the same order, shipping costs will be applied).

In the event of a defective product, the Customer must promptly contact Customer Service (within 48 hours of receipt) at tel 0444 1429920 and provide the invoice number attached to the package along with their telephone number.

D-Air Lab Srl, after verifying and confirming the defect in materials or workmanship, undertakes to replace the item as soon as possible. In case of temporary stock unavailability, the Customer can decide to wait for the communicated supply times or opt for a refund.

3.2 – REFUND

In the event of a refund request from the Customer, D-Air Lab Srl will return the entire amount paid, excluding shipping costs and any accessory costs, within 30 business days from the return of the goods. The refund will be processed by reversing the amount to the Credit Card or via bank transfer, upon communication of the bank details by the Customer (IBAN code of the account holder of the Invoice).

3.4 – TERMS OF RETURN ACCEPTANCE

D-Air Lab Srl accepts returns only if the following conditions are met:

– Every returned product must be in perfect, intact condition; otherwise, the purchased product will be returned to the sender with the corresponding shipping costs charged.

– Every returned item must have its original packaging and accessories (warranty, accessories, etc.).

– The shipment of the item to be returned is the responsibility and at the expense of the Customer. In case of damage to the Product during transport, D-Air Lab Srl will accept the goods with a “CONTROL RESERVATION” and will promptly inform the Customer to file a claim with the courier to obtain compensation. shop.dairlab.com is not responsible for damages, theft, or loss of goods returned without insurance.

In the event of the right of withdrawal being forfeited due to any of the aforementioned conditions, D-Air Lab Srl will make the purchased item available to the Customer and will simultaneously cancel the return request. The shipping costs for returning the product to the Customer will be charged to the same.

The right of withdrawal is exercised by the Customer via written communication sent by fax to D-Air Lab Srl at the number 0444 1429929 or by filling out the online return form.

3.5 – CUSTOMER OBLIGATIONS

The Customer undertakes, once the "online" purchase procedure is concluded, to print and keep the Conditions of Sale, which are considered accepted upon completion of the purchase contract, as well as the specifications of the product subject to the purchase, in order to fully comply with the conditions of Legislative Decree no. 185/1999.

The Customer releases D-Air Lab Srl from any liability arising from the issuance of incorrect tax documents due to incorrect data entered by the Customer.

3.6 – RETURN INSTRUCTIONS

To initiate the return procedure, the Customer must fill out the return form to receive the "Return Authorization Number." This code must then be included in the transport document attached to the product at the time of shipment.

To make a return, proceed as follows:

Make sure you have read the return acceptance conditions mentioned above.

Access the Return Form by clicking on the “RESO” link and save a copy to your PC.

Once completed, save the form and send it to info@dairlab.com.

D-Air Lab Srl will send an email containing the "Return Authorization Number."

Follow the instructions in the email and send the goods to the address and by the method indicated in the email.
